The washer wets the glass and lifts the dirt so the squeegee can remove it in one stroke. Microfibre holds more solution than cotton and releases grit instead of dragging it across the pane.
Sized at 35cm to match a 35cm squeegee channel, so one pass of the washer covers exactly one pass of the blade. The sleeve is the wearing part and pulls off the T-bar for replacement.
